Hasnt worked since August 2014

This was a fairly helpful app. For a while. Then it stopped working. It either just crashes or displays an error message saying there is no weather data for my area (Los Angeles). Ive tied to reinstall, be patient, even submitted a bug report. But no fix has come nearly 5 months later. Clearly the author is too busy with something else to fix this.
