Have installed all of the applicable add ons and still find the product frustrating. Mainly due to the lack of help or documentation. My inability to find a way of setting up a personal site location was really a surprise. The web site seems to be only for selling products. The main support system seems to be tied to blogs and the social media sites. When I tried to find info on my present location I received a clear skies chart not the scope nights window. This was on the scope nights web site.

The need for add ons to get the program to work was a real surprise. The add ons needed to use the App will be at least $4 more.
